Our Mission / Notre Mission
THE SAMI FRUITS FOR KIDS FOUNDATION was born from the idea that children should be given the very best care in their time of need, under any circumstance. Our objective is to bring financial aid to families who have a child with a mental or physical disability. This is achieved by remitting funds to hospitals and special schools by procuring needed medical equipment, therapy or special teachings for the child.
The Sami Fruits for Kids Foundation strives to raise awareness amongst our own community and help families with a child that is ill and overcoming multiple obstacles.
The foundation has committed to bettering the lives of these families by raising funds and awareness. In order to achieve this, we have made the decision to raise funds by focusing on two annual events that include an annual Gala and an annual golf tournament. These events give the opportunity to our community to give back whilst having a great time and celebrating everyone’s efforts and generosity.
The Sami Fruits Foundation for Kids would like to thank everyone that has supported the foundation over the years. There are no words strong enough to express our gratitude, however, the smile on the children’s faces should be a strong testament to the power of selflessness and compassion that our community continues to share.
LA FONDATION SAMI FRUITS POUR LES PETITS a vu le jour avec l'idée que nos enfants devraient avoir le meilleur et en toutes circonstances. Tout d’abord, le premier objectif de la fondation est d'apporter de l'aide financière aux familles ayant un enfant qui éprouve des déficiences physiques ou intellectuelles en fournissant les fonds nécessaires aux hôpitaux et aux écoles spéciales leurs permettant de se procurer de l’équipement médical et d’offrir des traitements ou de l’enseignement spécialisé selon les besoins de l’enfant.
Le deuxième objectif de la fondation est de sensibiliser notre communauté sur le fait qu'il y a de nombreuse familles ayant un enfant malade et ont besoin d’aide financière pour surmonter leurs obstacles. Afin d'atteindre ces deux objectifs, la fondation a décidé de se concentrer sur deux évènements annuels, soit une soirée Gala et un tournoi de Golf afin d’amasser des fonds et sensibiliser les participants, tout en leur donnant l'occasion de faire de belles rencontres et d’avoir du plaisir.
Votre générosité et votre soutien ne peut pas être mesuré sur une échelle, mais sur les sourires et les joies exprimées par les enfants et leurs familles dont vous avez aidé à changer leur vie.
